These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jilliz platform and all related services offered to players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before registering, depositing, or using any jilliz service.
jilliz services are available exclusively to natural persons aged 21 years and older, resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and are not on any self-exclusion list.
Each player is permitted one jilliz account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, or payment method will be suspended and funds reviewed. Suspected duplicate accounts will be referred to PAGCOR compliance.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) jilliz Account. Multiple Accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited. jilliz may, in its sole discretion, merge or terminate duplicate Accounts.
To register, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
jilliz is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID) and supporting documents. Real-money features, including withdrawals above threshold amounts, are contingent on completed KYC verification.
The jilliz Platform is intended for use by players in the Philippines. Players accessing jilliz from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jilliz makes no representation that access from outside the Philippines is lawful.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliz login credentials, including your password and any linked GCash or Maya authentication details. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

All content on the jilliz Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the jilliz brand identity, is owned by or licensed to jilliz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilliz content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of jilliz intellectual property will be pursued under Philippine intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilliz's total cumulative liability to You for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount You deposited during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:
Upon Account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., not as a result of breach), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees. Bonus Balances and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

If You have a complaint or dispute relating to your jilliz Account or any transaction, You should contact jilliz Customer Support through the live chat channel available at jilliz.app. jilliz aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If You are not satisfied with jilliz's resolution of your complaint, You may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its designated player complaint channels. PAGCOR's decision on regulated gaming disputes shall be binding on jilliz as a licensed operator.
For disputes arising from technical malfunctions, jilliz will provide server-side game logs as part of the investigation. Players may request their own game and transaction history from within their Account settings panel.
jilliz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jilliz.app/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on jilliz, You consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilliz will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR for regulatory compliance purposes, with payment processors to facilitate transactions, and with identity verification providers for KYC purposes — all subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
jilliz reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilliz will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice to registered players via the contact information on their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (including clarifications, typographical corrections, and formatting changes that do not affect your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication. The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates the effective date of the current Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jilliz Platform after any amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This provision is without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over jilliz as a licensed gaming operator.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to Philippine law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
